Instructions

  • Warm the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Sauté the ginger and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  • Bring the fish stock to a boil.
  • Cook for 5 minutes after adding the sliced fish fillet.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes after adding the mushrooms, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes after adding the bok choy.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the miso paste.
